Iran sets mechanism to increase its trade with Iraq to 20 billion dollars

The head of Iran's Trade Development Organization said Iran could achieve the $ 20 billion target for trade between the two countries.
"With regard to trade with Iraq, we have created good opportunities, so when a $ 20 billion trade with Iraq is raised, the issue is not limited to exporting goods," he said.
"In order to achieve a trade exchange of $ 20 billion with Iraq, it is necessary to consider the export of a range of goods and services, so in order to reach this size must be paid attention to exports of liquefied gas, tourism, electricity and various services."
He explained that "the current volume of trade between Iran and Iraq is about 13 billion dollars, and linked 8.5 billion to 9 billion dollars of exports of goods, and the rest is linked to the export of technical services - engineering, tourism, electricity and others."
