A senior Iranian official: Malicious foreign hands seeking to destabilize Iraq will be thwarted

Shafaq News / Special Assistant to the Chairman of the Islamic Shura Council for International Affairs, Hossein Amir Abdullahian, said that there are malicious foreign hands seeking to destabilize the security and stability of Iraq.
Hussein Amir Abdullahian said Israel and its supporters of terrorism were behind the unrest in Iraq.
The special assistant to the President of the Islamic Shura Council for International Affairs that the current plot targeting Iraq will be thwarted.
The Iranian official stressed that those who worked to destabilize Iraq's security in the past is currently working to destabilize it in other ways.
Protests have escalated in Iraq since it broke out last Tuesday, bringing the death toll to 48.
Iraqi security forces on Friday fired at dozens of demonstrators in central Baghdad, the fourth day of a protest movement.
