BAGHDAD: The Parliamentary Finance Committee, on Sunday, that the Civil Service Law guarantees the rights of all employees in the state.
A statement of the committee received (Euphrates News), it "held a meeting chaired by the Chairman of the Committee MP Haitham al-Jubouri, in the presence of its members, where they completed their discussions of the Civil Service Law and federal discipline in the presence of the President of the Civil Service Council Mahmoud Ahmed Tamimi."
He added that "the interventions of MPs during the meeting to discuss the articles and provisions of the law that would regulate and guarantee all the rights of employees in the State, as well as the loosening of government institutions and prevent sagging in some of them to ensure the smooth work of the work."
The Chairman of the Finance Committee, according to the statement, "This law makes the employee aware of its limits and responsibilities and rights and duties and facilitates the accountability of negligent them, in addition to that the law will determine the next functional policy of the Iraqi state." is over
