Minister of Planning Sabah al-Dulaimi on Monday discussed with a delegation from the General Union for Cooperation, headed by legal advisor Ahmed al-Hassani, support for the private sector and the implementation of the vision of sustainable development of Iraq 2030
. The General Union for Cooperation, headed by legal advisor Ahmed Al-Hassani, discussed the work of the Union and its mechanisms, and possible ways through which to strengthen the private sector throughout Iraq and provide more job opportunities for young people.
Dulaimi stressed, according to the statement, "to provide possible means of support for the activities of the Union," noting "the strategy of the ministry in opening up to all and working together to crystallize all efforts in one outcome, and holding direct meetings with all actors in order to implement possible solutions to all problems, especially unemployment and housing." .
For his part, the delegation appreciated the support of the Ministry of Planning, pointing to "its importance in increasing the activities of the Union housing, service, production, consumer and centralized specialized," while the delegation stressed "cooperation with the formations of the ministry in the implementation of the vision of sustainable development of Iraq 2030."
