    [rtl]Baghdad - Iraq Today:

Member of the House of Representatives, Firas Al-Muslimaoui, denied the existence of loopholes in the draft general amnesty law that would allow “terrorists” to be released from prisons, indicating that the reading and approval of the law in Parliament will take place after the position of Speaker of the House of Representatives is decided.

Al-Muslimaoui said in a press interview, “The general amnesty will not include terrorists,” explaining that “the draft law has not reached the House of Representatives yet.”

He added, "There are agreements between the political forces regarding the legislation of the general amnesty law," adding that "its reading and approval will take place after the position of Speaker of Parliament is decided."[/rtl]
