    Information / Baghdad..
On Tuesday, political observer Haitham Al-Khazali called on the government not to expand the trade exchange that Turkish President Erdogan desires without compensation, indicating that if the Turkish side wants to expand its trade with Iraq, it must make concessions to many files, foremost among which is the water file and the path to development.

Al-Khazali told Al-Maalouma, “The Turkish side achieved significant financial gains during the previous decades by expanding its trade with Iraq without any conditions, while it was and still is imposing conditions on Iraq for many files, and this is contrary to the principles of political relations between countries.”
He added, "The Turkish President's desire to expand trade exchange with Iraq and reach more than 20 billion dollars annually must be conditional," calling on "the government not to accept the expansion of trade exchange without conditions, and if he wants to, he must make concessions to many files, especially the water file." And the path of development.
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan confirmed in a press statement during his visit to the capital, Baghdad, that his country seeks to increase the volume of trade exchange between Iraq and Turkey to more than 20 billion dollars annually. Ended / 25 AD
