, Turkish President, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, announced on Thursday that his country intends to open new consulates in a number of Iraqi provinces and to re-work in old consulates.
"We intend to reopen our consulate in Basra and Mosul, Iraq, during the first half of 2020," Erdogan said in a statement.
He added: “We are also working on establishing two new consulates in Najaf and Kirkuk.” Ended 29/43
