[ltr]According to a Foreign Ministry statement received by all of Iraq [where] a copy of which was that "the two sides discussed the government's measures to restore control over the northern provinces and the expulsion of terrorists and bad guys, including efforts to deepen the national unity and solidarity for the sake of unity and stability of Iraq's federal democratic."[/ltr]
[ltr]Zebari said according to the statement, "according to the strategic framework agreement between Iraq and the United States, which include security cooperation between the two sides of this Agreement to the activation and implementation in the face of challenges in front of Iraq's democratic future and the fight against terrorism.

[ltr]According to the statement And witnessing several provinces and Baghdad tense security cautious because of the storming of the terrorist elements Daash Nineveh and Salahuddin and several areas in some other provinces.[/ltr]
[ltr]The supreme religious authority, Grand Ayatollah Ali al-Sistani has decreed last Friday Ulkipaúa jihad and the necessity to defend Iraq and its people and believed that the killing of a martyr in defense of his country.[/ltr]
[ltr]He also called on Sistani - after being blown thousands of Iraqis from the provinces of Baghdad, Maysan, Basra, Karbala, Najaf and Babil, Dhi Qar and Wasit and other provinces to volunteer in the ranks of the Iraqi army in response to an appeal - the need to exercise the highest degree of restraint at this critical juncture, stressing the need to prevent armed manifestations outside the law[/ltr]
