    Economy News _ Baghdad
Member of the Finance Committee in Parliament, Ahmed Al-Saffar, confirmed on Monday that, according to the agreement with China, many strategic projects will be implemented, and the Kurdistan Region will have its share of those projects.
Al-Saffar said in a press statement seen by "Al-Iqtisad News" that "the share of the region has not been determined, but that from that amount projects will be implemented, including the construction of a railway in Zakho to Basra and the construction of an oil pipeline and the construction of a school, a refinery and a hospital."
He added, "According to the law, the share of the Kurdistan region includes all contracts concluded with Iraq, but Baghdad has so far violated these rights and will not secure the region's share in international contracts."
