A deputy in parliament confirmed today, Monday, that the political blocs will agree to the alternative of Allawi within days.
MP Hussein Arab said, "The political blocs will agree on an alternative to form a government within the next few days."
On Sunday, Prime Minister-designate Muhammad Allawi announced his apology for the formation of the transitional government, attributing the reason to political pressure imposed on him.
