The representative of the Al-Nasr Alliance Nada Shaker Jawdat confirmed, on Saturday, that the President of the Republic, Barham Salih, is bound by the date set for the appointment of the new Prime Minister, indicating that the previously presented names were put forward between the political blocs to choose one of them.
Jawdat said in a statement to the "information" that "the President of the Republic, Barham Salih, is committed to the constitutional dates for choosing the new prime minister after his dialogue with the political blocs."
She added that "the names previously presented, such as Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani, Mustafa Al-Kazemi and others, are currently being circulated without offering any new name to head the government."
