The opinion of the Parliamentary Foreign Relations Committee: Enabling Iraqi ships operating in trade to raise the flag of Iraq and for the safety of navigation in the Iraqi marine waters, protecting them from the dangers of ships, and making Iraqi ports safe in accordance with international safety standards.
