The House of Representatives completed the reading and discussion of the draft (second reading) of the bill on the accession of the Republic of Iraq to the International Convention for Search and Rescue at Sea SAR of 1979,
The opinion of the Parliamentary Foreign Relations Committee: Enabling Iraqi ships operating in trade to raise the flag of Iraq and for the safety of navigation in the Iraqi marine waters, protecting them from the dangers of ships, and making Iraqi ports safe in accordance with international safety standards.
