He affirmed that "dialogue does not need an occasion, as it is the only way to build the state, deepen its values ​​and consolidate its concepts in order to be able to succeed." ".
    And the statement continued, "The peoples' pain as long as its main source is the absence of state values. Criminality, terrorism and genocide towards the people means that the state's values ​​are absent," noting that "he had previously visited Halabja and had received him as a mother, and touched kindness and tolerance in the eyes of its people, elders, women and children."
    He pointed out that "if Halabja represents a historical wound, then its people, with their tolerance and love, are another eloquent lesson from which we can learn and educate our future generations."
