Brent crude futures rose 10 cents, or 0.16 percent, to $ 60.89 a barrel by 05:30 GMT, after plunging 5.9 percent on Tuesday.
WTI futures rose 0.21%, to $ 57.88 a barrel, after losing 6.2% and touching a low of $ 57.32 on Tuesday.
Both benchmarks touched their lowest levels since early February on Tuesday and are down more than 14% from their recent highs earlier this month.

Oil prices rose today, Wednesday, after suffering the lowest drop since early February, as investors looked for deals after the previous day's drop.
Brent crude futures rose 10 cents, or 0.16 percent, to $ 60.89 a barrel by 05:30 GMT, after plunging 5.9 percent on Tuesday.
WTI futures rose 0.21%, to $ 57.88 a barrel, after losing 6.2% and touching a low of $ 57.32 on Tuesday.
