Al-Rafidain Bank announced, on Monday, that its branches have witnessed an increased demand for apartments in Basmajah since the first day to start receiving citizens' transactions according to the new controls and instructions.
The media office of the bank said in a statement that the bank has received many transactions of citizens wishing to obtain apartments in Samajah, after reducing the rate of advance to 10 percent and payment of 25 years.
He explained that the branches that grant Basmaya loans are: Al-Mustansir, Al-Khalifa, Al-Amin, Al-Bab Al-Sharqi, Al-Firdous, Al-Zahra neighborhood, Baratha, Al-Qasr Al-Abyad, Al-Arabi District, Al-Amel neighborhood, Al-Ma'rifah, seven palaces, Al-Hurriya and Al-Madaen
Apartment prices have risen above their declared price by more than 25 million dinars, for apartments with an area of 100 meters.
While the damned price for an apartment with an area of 100 meters is 75 million and 600 thousand, according to the new installment of 335,664 per month, for a period of 25 years, that is, by 300 months, the price of the apartment will reach 107 million dinars, as the benefits reach 30 million dinars.
