[size=45]Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi confirmed that the reform measures taken by the government succeeded in increasing the central bank’s dollar reserves.[/size]
[size=45]Al-Kazemi said during a cabinet session yesterday, followed by (the range): “Following up on the issues and needs of citizens and easing bureaucratic procedures is one of our priorities, and all ministers should make more efforts to provide these needs.”[/size]
[size=45]Al-Kazemi added, "We came to serve the citizens and overcome the challenges that the country is going through, and not for a political goal. We have spaces in which we have succeeded and other areas that need follow-up and increased work." He continued: "We renew our directives to the Ministry of Trade to work continuously to provide more foodstuffs in the ration card and to make its best efforts."[/size]
[size=45]Al-Kazemi pointed out that "the increase in commodity prices is mostly linked to the greed of some merchants, and we have campaigns to prevent this price manipulation." He added, "We have succeeded in increasing the central bank’s reserves of the dollar after the reform measures that we have taken."[/size]
[size=45]He also pointed out that "the Ministry of Health has made an effort to provide vaccines for the Corona epidemic, and it is very important that there be encouragement for citizens to take the vaccine."[/size]
[size=45]Last Sunday, Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi announced that the Central Bank’s foreign currency reserves had risen to more than $ 60 billion, adding: “We have succeeded in stopping waste and great corruption in the Central Bank auction and we are proceeding with our procedures and we will not stop.”[/size]
[size=45]In turn, the spokesman for the Council of Ministers, Minister of Culture, Hassan Nazim, said in a press conference that followed the session that "Al-Kazemi recommended the Ministry of Trade to distribute the additional share in all its articles."[/size]
[size=45]Nazem added, "The Minister of Health provided the Council of Ministers with information about the escalation in taking anti-Corona vaccines," indicating, "We have received several types of vaccines and we have seen citizens' interest in taking them."[/size]

[size=45]In a related context, Minister of Transport Nasser Al-Shibli said that "the Faw port is an important economic project that will save Iraq and supplement its budget," adding that "it will be able to receive large ships."[/size]
[size=45]He pointed out that "the depth of the Al-Faw port will be more than 19 meters, in agreement with the executing company," considering that "it is considered a strategic project that will link the east with the west through the dry canal."[/size]
[size=45]He added that "the cost of the Faw port is two billion and 625 million dollars, with a completion period of three years and six months."[/size]
[size=45]He pointed out that "the Korean company has completed the eastern breakwater with a length of 8 km and the western 16 km," adding that "the western breakwater is the longest in the world and has entered the Guinness Book of Records."[/size]
