The Director of Youth and Sports in Diyala province, Haitham Abdul Sattar stopped for a number of infrastructure projects in sports because of the deteriorating security situation and the lack of financial liquidity.
Said Haitham said: Project Olympic stadium big in the province stopped working in it because of the refusal of the Ministry of Youth and Sports to give advance operational to the company Alteon Russian executing the work under the pretext of a lack of financial liquidity of the ministry after the delay in approving the federal budget, stressing that the contract between the parties does not need the ministry to give advance Operating Company
He added that the company executing operational asked for an advance from the Ministry of Youth and Sports, but the latter refused to fulfill the request on the basis that the contracts signed between the two parties have in their terms such that the lending company's financial liquidity for the start of the project and not a passport and Juba.
He explained that there are a number of other projects Kmlaab Quintet and sports halls in the realms of Saadia and Mansuriyya where work has been suspended because of the deteriorating security situation in those areas
