{Local: Al Furat News} Head of the Social Protection Authority, Huda Sajjad Mahmoud, discussed with representatives of the World Bank and UNICEF, on Monday, preparing a detailed study to solve the housing crisis, especially for social protection beneficiaries.
A statement by the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, of which {Euphrates News} received a copy, stated, "The head of the Social Protection Authority, Huda Sajjad Mahmoud, discussed today, Monday, representatives of the World Bank and UNICEF, on Monday, preparing a detailed study to solve the housing crisis, especially for social protection beneficiaries, based on the origin of the Social Protection Law, and that By granting the poor and needy families plots of land and including them with soft loans, they pay their installments from the social welfare salary.
He added, "The two sides discussed the possibility of joint cooperation and providing logistical and technical support and training to the authority's cadres to raise their capabilities to ensure proper application of the authority's law in an optimal manner," noting that "the head of the authority directed the department managers to finally resolve the precautionary (suspension) file."
