    {Local: Al Furat News} A Swiss delegation discussed, on Tuesday, with the Iraqi Minister of Planning, the bilateral relations between the two countries and the expected role of the Swiss government within the framework of the national plan to return the displaced to their areas of residence.
    A statement by the Ministry of Planning stated that {Al-Furat News} received a copy of it, that “the Minister of Planning Khaled Battal Al-Najm received today, Tuesday, the Undersecretary of the Swiss Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Migration and Displaced Affairs, Urs van Arp, and his accompanying delegation,” noting that “during the meeting, which was attended by The Swiss Ambassador to Iraq, "Lucas Kasser", and the Director General of International Cooperation in the Ministry of Planning, Dr. Saher Abdel-Kazim, discussed bilateral relations between the two countries and ways to enhance them, especially in the field of addressing the issue of displacement in Iraq, and the expected role of the Swiss government in this field, in The framework of the national plan for the voluntary return of displaced persons, which was recently approved by the Council of Ministers. 
     
    And the Minister of Planning stated, "The return of the displaced requires working to provide the basic requirements for life, and this is what the Ministry of Migration and Displacement is working on in cooperation with the relevant authorities, explaining that most of the camps have been closed, after the return of their displaced residents, and efforts are continuing to address the conditions of the remaining camps, in order to secure The voluntary return of all displaced persons to their areas.
