[size=45]Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi confirmed the activation of the anti-corruption file by arresting many of the accused, while he disclosed a project for distributing land. Al-Kazemi said during the cabinet session, that "the government, despite the heavy legacy and the great challenges, was able to accomplish important steps on the path of reform."[/size]
[size=45]He added, "The annual government performance report, which was launched recently, included information and readings in all transparency, accuracy and clarity, and it includes the government's achievements during a whole year."[/size]
[size=45]Al-Kazemi pointed out, "We established a path for reform and change, and we succeeded in removing the specter of war from Iraq."[/size]
[size=45]Al-Kazemi stressed, "The first plan we developed for economic reform in the history of Iraq, and we prepared all the requirements for the elections."[/size]
[size=45]While he warned of the successes achieved in “different sectors,” he referred to “activating the anti-corruption file by arresting dozens of senior corrupt.”[/size]
[size=45]He expressed his belief that "the government has made great progress, despite all the obstacles it has endured."[/size]
[size=45]Al-Kazemi announced, “a national project to distribute plots of land to citizens of the eligible categories.”[/size]
[size=45]He stated, "The process of sorting land was carried out by the Ministry of Construction and the relevant institutions," and he talked about an electronic application that will be announced soon for the purpose of registration and sorting to prevent any manipulation.[/size]
[size=45]Al-Kazemi added that "priority in distributing land will be determined among eligible citizens according to points and without preference."[/size]
[size=45]Al-Kazemi revealed, "The provision of loans to land recipients to start building their housing units."[/size]
[size=45]For his part, Cabinet Spokesman Hassan Nazim said that the session "witnessed the vote on providing fuel oil to the State of Lebanon."[/size]
[size=45]Nazim added, in a press conference followed by (Al-Mada), that "decisions will be implemented regarding employee attendance in the event that Corona virus vaccines are not taken."[/size]
[size=45]And he added, "The Council voted to contract with local and international banking experts to reform the banking sector, and to implement the first phase of the innovation water project in Basra."[/size]
[size=45]Nazim concluded by “allowing the profitable oil companies to employ daily wage earners, while providing 6,000 job opportunities for engineers in the oil companies.”[/size]
