    , the Prime Minister's Advisor for Reconstruction Affairs, Sabah Abdul Latif, set today, Friday, the date for the start of the implementation of the Baghdad entrance project, while he announced the allocation of land for the project.
    Abdul Latif told the Iraqi News Agency (INA): "There are many reasons related to the failure of service projects, including those related to the problems of the governorates and the management of their decisions, and sometimes the ministries," noting that "most of the delay in work is in the ministries' projects for several reasons, including the lack of financial allocations or Disagreements occur during the implementation of the work, especially legal issues between the contractor and the project owner, or due to issues related to some inflexible bureaucratic procedures, and sometimes corruption cases.
    Baghdad Entrances Project
    Abdul Latif added that "the Baghdad entrances project is one of the giant projects and will improve Baghdad's image as a capital," noting that "traffic jams will be controlled, and the problem of street damage will be solved upon completion of the project."
    He stressed that "the project includes the establishment of yards for commercial exchange at the six entrances to Baghdad, where the truckloads coming to Baghdad are unloaded in these yards, and then the load is transported into Baghdad by small carrying cars," noting that "the start date for the implementation of the project is the week. Next year, it will be done next year.
    He added, "220 billion dinars have been allocated for this project within the current budget, and the same amount will be allocated to it next year," explaining that "the Prime Minister focused, during the presentation of the project to him, on selecting companies with experience, due to experiences with lagging companies that are not at the required level. ".
    Abdul Latif stressed that "companies with great experience and achievements inside and outside Iraq were selected," noting that "the project has 6 entrances of varying lengths, and that most of the areas through which these entrances will pass are state-owned agricultural lands."

    The Ring Road

    , the Prime Minister’s advisor, stated that “there is a giant project, the Hawally Road to Baghdad, and it is one of the old new projects in which the idea began at the end of the seventies, and was disrupted due to the wars, and Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi now called for its revival,” explaining that “the initial vision of the road in The end of the seventies changed after the development of Baghdad."
    He added, "The road is 94 km long and surrounds all of Baghdad, and it will be an opportunity for real estate and urban development around the capital."

    Al-Sadr housing project

    He stated that "the Sadr City housing project is a giant project with an average of 90,000 housing units, where the land has been allocated to it," noting that "the project is implemented through the Chinese agreement (oil for reconstruction)."
    And Abdul-Taif said: "We are in the negotiation stage with the Chinese side in choosing the appropriate companies for this issue, and we have a committee that holds daily meetings in order to complete the project," noting that "Al-Sadr City is one of the densely populated cities, 2% of the area of ​​Baghdad, and 24% live in it." of the inhabitants of the capital.
    He pointed out that "the Sadr City housing project will reduce the current population momentum," adding that "the project will include a university, a medical city, and 28 schools, in addition to services according to a modern urban vision with a realistic vision."
