[ltr]Ki-moon said during a joint news conference with Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki in Baghdad, "the bravest of Baghdad and Erbil to restore their partnership in order to address the crisis, including setting differences and solving all outstanding issues.[/ltr]
[ltr]He added: "We also discussed with Maliki's relations with Kuwait and work to improve the relationship between the two countries and the commitment of both parties to solve problems.
