    {Local: Al Furat News} The General Traffic Directorate revealed the low percentage of complaints by auditors after the establishment of the national project represented by the use of (electronic governance), and while it confirmed the project’s contribution to the speedy completion of transactions.
    The directorate indicated that the project was able to eliminate fraud and forgery in traffic transactions.
    The director of the Traffic Complaints Division, human rights lawyer Haider Shaker Muhammad, said in a press statement, "The complaints that were received by public traffic before the issuance of the traffic law amounted to more than 300 complaints per week because of (investment cars) that were causing confusion at work, and after the issuance of the law and the establishment of a system With the advanced e-governance in issuing licenses and registering cars, complaints have decreased to about 50 simple complaints per week.
    He indicated that "the system that the General Traffic Directorate is working on is advanced, and has positively impacted the performance of work and the provision of services to citizens quickly, safely and efficiently, and has contributed to the elimination of fraud."
     He added that "before the establishment of the national project, there was a rate of forgery, and the forgers were referred to the competent courts."
