    The economic expert, Rashid Al-Saadi, confirmed today, Tuesday, that the Al-Fateh Alliance program is very excellent because it is concerned with the economy, reconstruction and investment, pointing out that Iraq will give oil in exchange for projects and not give money.
    Al-Saadi told the "Hasad Al-Ayam" program, "The Al-Fateh program is very excellent because it is concerned with the economy, reconstruction and investment."
    He added, "We hope that these programs will succeed despite the citizen's pessimism due to political failures."
    And he indicated that "the Al-Fateh program came to address the economy in order to address all other issues."
    "We expect the success of Al-Fateh because of its reliance on high expertise and competencies in this field," Al-Saadi said.
    And he indicated that "the achievement of the Chinese agreement will greatly benefit the future of Iraq."
    He noted that "Iraq will give oil in exchange for projects and not give money."
    Al-Saadi added, "Al-Fateh will reconsider the Chinese agreement, and we hope that it will take its way to implementation."
    He pointed out that "the government has taken many steps to combat corruption, but they are incomplete steps. There is no decisive government decision to end corruption."
