, an oil expert confirmed that the rise in oil prices is important to bridge the artificial budget deficit, which the regional government is able to bridge in agreement with the federal government.
The expert, Hamza Al-Jawahiri, said in an interview with "Mawazine News" that "the general budget deficit is artificial, because the regional government is able to bridge the deficit and benefit it as much as possible and obtain the highest financial resource, in addition to the presence of many artificial and unnecessary doors,"
adding, "Any increase Oil prices contribute to creating a comfortable economic atmosphere for the country, because our only economic dependence is on oil."
