Political Alliance: A loophole in the electoral law suggested the victory of 166 losing candidates

{Political: Al Furat News} The National Approach Alliance revealed, today, Saturday, a loophole in the electoral law that suggested the victory of 166 losing candidates in the poll.
A member of the coalition, Hussein Al-Aqabi, said in a press conference, "The election law stipulates that (5%) of the votes of each station shall be allowed to pass under the heading (skipping percentage) even if the fingerprint verification device does not read it, which is a very dangerous outlet for fraud, and its danger can be stated as follows:
1. The average of the total stations for each electoral district is approximately (600) stations.
2. The minimum average for each station is approximately (200) votes.
3. The number of votes of the skip percentage (5%) for each station is at least (10) votes.
4. In other words, the total votes of one electoral district that the principle of (the skip percentage) allows to pass without reading the fingerprints of the voters in it is 6 thousand votes.
5. If these six thousand votes that crossed through the skipping percentage are distributed to only two candidates, each of them will have three thousand votes added.
6. From the foregoing, it can be weighted that (166) losing candidates will win in the total districts of Iraq, whose votes are less than three thousand votes than their highest competitors!.
7. We demand the commission to provide the political entities with the number of votes that were added to each station under the heading (skip percentage).
