{International: Al Furat News} The Iranian Hajj and Visitation Organization announced the opening of registration for the campaigns of visitors to the holy shrines in Iraq, after entry visas for air travel between the two sides were canceled.
The head of the organization, Ali Reza Rashidian, said today, Tuesday, that the decision to cancel entry visas between Iran and Iraq entered into force yesterday, Monday, at the level of air travel exclusively, knowing that the dispatch of visitor campaigns to the thresholds in Iraq will be resumed after 20 months of suspension.
He stressed that an executive team was dispatched by the Hajj and Visit Organization to provide housing, food and transportation services in Iraq in order to facilitate the process of receiving visitors.
He pointed out that there are more than 2500 offices of the organization spread in the country, ready to receive applications for registration.
