    Information/Baghdad: The
leader of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, Rashad Kalali , denied Thursday that there was an agreement between the party and the Yekti regarding the withdrawal of their candidate, Barham Salih, and the party's candidate, Hoshyar Zebari, in favor of Rashid Abdul Latif, the second candidate for Yekti.
Kalali said in a statement to "Al-Maalouf", that "the dialogues and understandings between the Kurdish parties, Al-Barti and Al-Yakti, are still continuing in order to reach a final agreement to nominate the Kurdish candidate for the post of President of the Republic," adding that "the two Kurdish parties will eventually reach one candidate before the next session of the House of Representatives." .
He added that "the two parties have not yet reached a final agreement on the Kurdish personality for the presidency, and the two are still sticking to their candidates, Saleh and Zebari."
And the leader of the Yekti denied, "there is an agreement to withdraw the candidacy of Saleh and Zebari in favor of the Al-Yakti candidate, Rashid Abdel Latif, as a consensual candidate." Ended / 25 AD
