A statement by the ministry, received by the news agency, stated that "Al-Rakabi visited the Women's Social Protection Department in Karkh / Al-Tobji and met with the Assistant Director-General of Women's Social Protection Alaa Zuwer, the director of the department and the staffing, and was briefed on the mechanism for receiving reviews and completing transactions," noting that "the minister met - during His tour - the new social researchers and urged them to make efforts in completing the research procedures for the beneficiaries for their important and basic role in the work of social protection.
He added, "Al-Rikabi also met with a number of reviews and considered their requests, and directed that the necessary measures be taken to be completed by the department in accordance with the applicable contexts."
The minister also directed, according to the statement, "to expedite the completion of the requests of female citizens, pay attention to the critical humanitarian cases that come to the ministry from various media, and expedite the response to them and implement them fundamentally," stressing "the importance of providing basic requirements for the work of the department, and following modern methods in preserving and archiving the files of female citizens according to the system." An electronic platform to unify the data and information of the beneficiaries.
