He added that not electing the President of the Republic within 30 days is a constitutional violation, and the Federal Court can compel the House of Representatives to hold its session as soon as possible.
Al-Sufi added that either a political party, the public prosecutor or civil society organizations are appealing and a complaint is submitted for exceeding the constitutional period.
