The State of Law coalition revealed, on Wednesday, its intention to cancel all contracts concluded by the caretaker Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi, indicating that all deals are illegal and constitutional and must be audited.
And coalition representative, Firas Al-Maslamawi, said in a televised interview, which was followed by / the information / that “any contract concluded in the caretaker government, we will demand its cancellation because there is no authority for Al-Kazemi to sign agreements.”
He added that "the important contracts concluded by Al-Kazemi during the period of the caretaker government are canceled according to the constitution," noting that "next week, those concerned with the agricultural plan and the farmers' dues will be hosted."
Al-Maslamawi pointed out that "talking about the possibility of sending the budget by the caretaker government is a constitutional violation that cannot be bypassed, and Parliament must respect the constitution in all its details." Done/ 25 d
