She confirmed to a representative of the Al-Sadiquon Parliamentary Bloc, Suhaila Al-Sultani, on Sunday, that the appointment of advisors falls within the context of favoritism and nepotism and is not made by choice according to competence and professionalism.
Al-Sultani said in a statement to Al-Maalouma, "The policy of adulation that some have taken has reached a great stage. Among the pretexts of the lack of financial allocations for the appointment of graduates, we find appointments of consultants with special degrees."
She added that "the file of appointing advisers is just illusory appointments that are used to please some political parties for the sake of other gains."
Al-Sultani indicated that "this matter requires that there be clarity in the tasks performed by this large number of advisors and the way in which they were chosen."
