Now we know the appointment of Mr. Muhammad Shia Al-Sudani as Prime Minister of Iraq... I don't care whether they accept it or not... I care to convey my idea to him! By creating a new ministry that is not found in all the dictionaries of international ministries called the Ministry of the Poor and Needy!
The idea has been reformulated so that it matches the vision of the Ministry of Planning! It is not intellectual pedantry, nor wandering in the lamentation of imagination, nor wishing the dead for the quality of the shrouds and the cooling and heating of the graves. Its current and future gains and privileges... The proposal, which emerged from the experience of the 19 years, is to form an Iraqi ministry in the name of [The Ministry of the Poor and the Poor] is not an intellectual luxury. Thinking and contemplating its creation is not a fertile imagination for an experienced poet or an expert writer.. He selects the sorrows and pains.. He navigates the absurd and It sails through the seas of doubts scattered about good intentions. Rather, it is a reality that captures the Iraqi scene and summarizes it best. Do not fool me that there are research centers in Iraq, for poverty? Yes, there are centers of Baathist crime! Do not deceive me that civil society organizations, sorry, civil society organizations existed to serve people despite the brilliance of their programs.. Do not deceive me that there are studies, data and real methods of poverty in Iraq in every neighborhood and pub! With their few and the large number of their pioneers! Do not deceive me that the misery programs in the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs are 30% fair in fairness to the real poor! Poverty hits its feet in every direction, neither swine flu like it, nor Corona, nor hemorrhagic fever.. nor fever like it, nor headache, migraine, stress diseases and diabetes.. But any family you will see complaining about dignity, pride and fathers that the calculations of the field do not apply to the accounts of the threshing floor and that the threshing floor is in the hands of those who do not know poverty and that birds are forbidden From the fly! The government spent millions of dollars, meaning billions of dinars, deprived of smelling the nectar of the grip of hope for a well-off life. How do I accept your oath, Omalk? Where are your good ones? And Ahrarkm and Smahakm? And where are those who are arrogant in their gains, and who are pretentious in their creeds? Have they not all neglected this worldly, urgent and distressing world? !
Corruption has appeared, and there is no denunciation to change, nor forbidding to rebuke, so do you want to be close to God in the abode of His holiness??! And be his dearest guardians?
Hey! God is not deceived about His Paradise, and His pleasure does not gain obedience to Him!! May God curse the two who leave it!! and those who forbid what is wrong that they do .))
A real call for the new Prime Minister, to establish a Ministry of Poverty in Iraq that abolishes the role of the Ministry of Labor and in which we choose a staff carefully, carefully and impartially. We will see how many million families will voluntarily register themselves in the Ministry? Rather, we will see that if the ministry entered its poor members in any electoral list, it would have swept all the lists! Poverty was not known for any sect, nationality or religion, and when I wanted to know the definition of the poor from the sources of Islamic jurisprudence, I found [the poor] who does not have the provisions of his Sunnah! Decent condition and condition! The poor are worse off than the poor!! And we are among those who do not have the sustenance of their day?! Let us make it a ministry for the poor and needy, because there is a program in Iraq for UNICEF, to combat desertification and global warming, for the three presidential councils, for fake and real civil society organizations, and for any ministerial body, but to fight poverty there is no flash of a program! There is no glimmer of hope... Although he captivates millions of holders of medals of dignity and self-esteem in Iraq, and I do not enter into serious painful talk, I do not nominate for the ministry except the poor, because I am certain that among them he writhes with their suffering, and because I do not believe in perfect integrity in others. Doesn't the formation of this ministry overturn all social balances in Iraq and in recognition of the power of poverty that exceeds all four authorities! Study the proposal well, not as a matter of reaction and flying into a space of grief, anger and patience rootedness. We are a poor people whose resources today are only oil.. Hardly neglected treatment. A broken farm imports unreasonable.. Its development is postponed. Its officials receive the highest salaries and allowances, perhaps in the universe! And Imam Ali, peace be upon him, spoke the truth: With this, do you want to be close to God in the abode of His sanctification?? Study the proposal well, not as a matter of reaction and flying into a space of grief, anger and patience rootedness. We are a poor people whose resources today are only oil..
