Abdul-Wahhab Al-Saadi: I do not think of entering political life, and the military are not suitable for this aspect
Shafaq News/ The head of the Counter-Terrorism Service in Iraq, Lieutenant-General Abdul-Wahab Al-Saadi, rejected on Thursday the idea of military leaders participating in the political process in Iraq after they were retired.
Lieutenant-General Al-Saadi said, during his hosting at the Al-Rafidain Forum for Dialogue, "I never think of entering politics," explaining that "the military is not suitable for politics, and this aspect has people who specialize in it."
"We will remain in the military until our mission is completed," he added.
