Today, Wednesday, the Federal Service Council announced the completion of the system for determining job titles for first students and certificate holders.
And the council’s official spokesman, Wissam Al-Lahibi, said in a statement, “The council, in its keenness to expedite the launch of the form for appointing graduate and first degree holders, and as a contribution to helping the Ministry of Finance perform the tasks that are legally competent to it, especially in terms of creating grades and determining job titles, the council has Building a specialized electronic system that contains an integrated database for those covered by Law No. 59 and 67 of 2017.”
He added that "this database contains the names of those covered by the aforementioned laws, after updating their data by the Ministry of Higher Education, and conducting a functional intersection for them by the Office of Financial Supervision, and according to the instructions of the Diwaniyah Order Committee 35 of 2022."
He explained, "This system will make it easier for the Ministry of Finance / Budget Department to identify names by college and department, which will save effort and time in accomplishing the task of granting the appropriate job title for academic achievement and scientific specialization for the department and college," noting that "the council is waiting for a representative from the Ministry of Education." Finance for the purpose of receiving the entry information for the system so that the budget department can fulfill its obligations towards this important segment of graduates, and so that the council can then perform its mission of announcing the opening of recruitment for young graduates.”
Al-Luhaibi stressed that "the Council is very keen to perform the tasks entrusted to it by law within the governing timings without any delay," pointing out "the Council's interest in providing assistance to its partners from ministries and institutions in order to enable them to perform their tasks through the systems or interfaces it provides to them, which are working With all transparency and ease, based on its slogan (the Council is the will of the state and enforcement of the law).”
