The head of the victory coalition, Haider al-Abadi, said that reliance on quotas would be considered a disappointment to the people's hopes for change and reform.
Al-Abadi said in a tweet via Twitter, which was followed by "Mawazine News", that "Iraq is yearning for a government that has a good approach and is reconciled with itself and its people, and any reliance on partisan quotas and presenting factional interests will be considered a disappointment to the people's hopes for change and reform."
He added, "The ruling forces have a historic responsibility to deal with the government with integrity and selflessness, to restore confidence in the system, and to achieve the aspirations of the people." Ended 29/R77
