, Thursday, Minister of Agriculture Abbas Al-Alawi announced the approval of the Council of Ministers to increase the support provided to farmers.
Al-Olaywi said in a statement received by Mawazine News/a copy of it, that "the Council of Ministers issued its approval of Resolution No. 284 on 11/1/2022 regarding increasing the support provided to farmers and peasants with regard to seeds and fertilizers."
He added, "The percentage of support provided to urea and dab fertilizers increased from thirty-five percent to fifty percent. As for seeds, the increase in the percentage of support provided to them was from fifty percent to seventy percent, and our endeavor to support the segment of farmers and farmers continues, and the coming days will witness the announcement of happy decisions for these The broad and important segment of the Iraqi people."
