Mutaiota: National agreed to paragraph 19 and sign it tomorrow
BAGHDAD / Center Brief for the Iraqi Media Network (IMN) - MP for the coalition forces to the Iraqi Mutaiota, that the National Alliance has agreed to paragraph 19 out of 20, indicating that the signing of the negotiating paper on Tuesday.
Said Mutaiota's (IMN), said that "negotiations between the National Alliance and the Alliance of Iraqi forces is positive and good." He pointed out that "there are 20 paragraph was agreed on 19, and we have kept them on the mechanism of a general amnesty and national reconciliation."
He stressed that Mutaiota "general amnesty law needs to be flexible mechanism and the inclusion of more possible segment." Pointing out that the "coalition of the powers given to the National Alliance vision concerning a general amnesty."
She said the negotiating committee for the Alliance of Iraqi forces that had 7 points are the focus of the dispute with the National Alliance, most notably the amnesty law and accountability, justice and bear arms, however, the state and the second amendment to the Act's 21 governorates.
