    Today, Tuesday, the Karkh Court of First Instance confirmed the dismissal of Jassim Mutashar Thamer from the post of head of the Iraqi Doctors Syndicate.

    And the documents indicated: “Therefore, this lawsuit is filed by a person without a capacity, and since the litigation is the right of the court, if it is not directed, the court will rule, even by itself, to dismiss the lawsuit without entering into its basis in accordance with the provisions of Article (80 F (1) of the Civil Procedure Code). The amended No. 83 of 1969, and accordingly, the plaintiff’s case must be dismissed from the litigation side. Upon him, and upon the request, the ruling decided to dismiss the plaintiff’s case, the head of the Doctors Syndicate - in addition to his job from the litigation side, and charging him with judicial expenses, including attorneys’ fees for the attorneys of the defendants, lawyers Nihad Ali Jabbar and Imad Hamad Natah. The amount of one hundred thousand dinars equally between them, and the ruling was issued based on the provisions of Articles (16/First/A) the Doctors Syndicate Law, (22-59) Evidence, (180-159-161-166-203) Civil Pleadings, and Sixty-Three) Amended Advocacy, Distinguishable and publicly understood on 12/6/2022.
