The Federation Council law returns to the fore again and competes with the laws that Parliament must finish during the current session. The authority of the Federation Council includes the follow-up of the laws that are legislated in[url=https://www.alsumaria.tv/Entity/3228668091/%D9%85%D8%AC%D9%84%D8%B3 %D8%A7%D9%84%D9%86%D9%88%D8%A7%D8%A8/ar/]Parliament[/url]The presence of the Council, according to specialists, would have prevented Parliament from issuing some controversial laws, including the fiscal deficit financing law, and some other laws that were passed in the absence of some basic blocs by returning it to Parliament.
Members of the Parliamentary Legal Committee indicated that the Federation Council is the second link to the legislative authority according to the constitution, and that the number of its members does not exceed 100 members.
