    The director of combating financial crime in the Iraqi Ministry of Interior, Brigadier General Qabas Haider Muhammad, hinted that all dollar sales outlets have become “targets” for financial crime, with the exception of 28 outlets.
     
    Muhammad said, in a press conference followed by "Baghdad Today", that "daily campaigns have been organized, regarding the rise in the exchange rate of the dollar in the local markets, to monitor manipulators and conflicting parties who do not have fundamental approvals and are outside the legal context, and a number of them have been arrested, and they will be punished accordingly." the law".
     
    And on how to deal with parties that sell dollars at more than the price set (1470 dinars) by the Central Bank of Iraq, Brigadier General Qabas Muhammad said that they consider those parties "outside the legal context." 
     
    He added, "There are 28 official outlets and banks, and therefore the continuous and continuous campaigns include those exploiters who do not have the approvals and principles of trading to limit them," pointing out that travelers review the official banks and receive at the same price set by the bank, with high smoothness, "he said. 
     
    He stated that "their daily campaigns are distributed between Karkh and Rusafa," pointing out that "they cannot reveal the areas covered by the campaigns to public opinion, so that they may be a surprise to speculators." 
     
    He explained, "There is no specific number for the arrested monopolists of the dollar currency," noting that "it is a good number, and legal measures have been taken against them."
