Al-Jabri stressed that «this approach helps to create buildings that are free of errors and commensurate with their lifespan, as well as in harmony with the city of Baghdad, which is more than 1,000 years old, as the legacy of the city of Baghdad must be taken into account in the future urban projects that the country aspires to achieve, so there must be a role For national architecture experts in drawing the features of the upcoming urban projects, especially since this approach is absent from the specifications that are implemented here and there in Baghdad and abroad.
A number of government institutions complained of a decline in the performance of buildings and delay that may cause a defect in implementation in general, which led to the need to consolidate implementation processes, especially after a collapse accident.
