The Ministry of Industry and Minerals announced, on Thursday, that the Ur State Company will continue to supply the Ministry of Electricity and the private sector with electric cable products and aluminum profiles.
The ministry said in a statement received by "Al-Iqtisad News" that "Ur State Company, one of the companies of the Ministry of Industry, continues to implement contractual obligations with the companies of the Ministry of Electricity and the private sector to supply them with cables, electric wires and aluminum profiles."
Assistant Director General Ali Hassan Ali stated in the statement, "The general company has been equipped to distribute electricity to the middle with electric cables measuring (1 x 95) mm2 according to the contract signed between the two parties, stressing the company's ability to meet the needs of the companies and directorates of the Ministry of Electricity operating in the production, distribution and transportation sectors."
In a related context, the Assistant General Manager announced "the completion of the private sector's supply of aluminum profiles with an amount of (5) tons, indicating the company's ability to contribute to filling the local market's need for aluminum products with better specifications than the imported one, stressing at the same time that the company's products are characterized by durability and high quality and have the highest International quality certificates with a commitment to implementation according to the timelines specified in the concluded contracts.
