emphasized Al-Hakim said, according to the statement, that "dialogue, the primacy of public interests over the private, and the concession of all to all are sufficient to achieve the sustainability of stability in Iraq and the region," stressing "transforming the current stability into sustainable stability."
Al-Hakim renewed his support for "the steps of the Saudi-Iranian dialogue," saying, "Reaching common understandings is in the interest of the region, and everyone should push in this direction."
