    {Baghdad: Euphrates news}

    Chairman
of the parliamentary Finance Committee criticized Haider Abadi some
deputies were absent from the hearing House to vote on the federal
    budget.

He said at a press conference held today in the House of
representatives was attended by correspondent {forat news} that "the
majority of National Alliance, attended to vote today with white block
and free Iraqi national block and a number of Independents in most Iraqi
lawmakers were absent, including Parliament Speaker Osama Al-nujaifi
    bloc and the Kurdish Alliance.

    And between the National Alliance
MP Al-Abadi said "all the demands of the Iraqi list implemented but not
attend the flotilla will unfortunately not shown why so far but seems to
be in solidarity with our brothers in the Kurdish Alliance.

    "There
is no with the Kurdistan Alliance substantially but the subtracted
focus issue on article 24 of the budget for oil companies and this is a
very complex issue as it relates to the extraction of oil and revenues
and expenses are offset by the benefits companies."

    Al-Ibadi said
that "the National Alliance insists on Justice on the issue of export
revenues for the Kurdistan oil exports is not a required pay benefits".

    He
noted that "some brothers in Iraq they demand payment without oil
revenues, this contention is not political and we made a proposal to
postpone the dispute on any budget to budget and there will be
discussions in the coming days to settle and pass, but there is no
    consensus about him."

Abbadi stressed that "balance is important
for the Iraqi people and passed is essential to the National Alliance,"
he said, adding that "there is a political agreement between some blocks
without passing the State budget this year."

    "This filibuster is
not in the interest of the people as there are minor differences but
should not compromise the interest of the country".

    "There are
forces working to obstruct all the political process in the country,
including sovereign institutions and all interest of the Iraqi people
and this is unacceptable and that National Alliance would attend
Parliament for the budget vote to be held pending approval." finished 4
