    Shafaq News/ The Central Bank of Iraq's total sales of hard currency to the US dollar during the past week amounted to about 500 million dollars.
    Shafaq News agency reporter stated that the Central Bank sold during the past week, on Sunday and Monday, in which the auction was opened as a result of the Al-Adha holiday, an amount of 483 million 490 thousand and 900 dollars, at a daily rate of 241 million 745 thousand and 450 dollars, a decrease of 5.82% from what was recorded in the previous week. Which amounted to a daily rate of 256 million and 689 thousand and 420 dollars.



    The highest sales of the dollar during the past week were on Sunday, when sales amounted to 256 million and 464 thousand and 640 dollars, while sales on Monday amounted to 227 million and 26 thousand and 260 dollars.
    Foreign remittance sales during the past week amounted to 390,360,900 dollars, an increase of 76% compared to cash sales, which amounted to 93,130,000 dollars.
    Our anchors explained that the sales went in the form of cash and transfers abroad to finance foreign trade, while the selling price of documentary credits and international settlements for electronic cards amounted to 1305 dinars per dollar, while the selling price of remittances abroad and the cash sale price amounted to 1310 dinars per dollar.
