Advisor to the Prime Minister, Diaa Al-Nasseri, confirmed that the Prime Minister's plan includes avoiding power outages.
Al-Nasiri said in a tweet on Twitter, followed by Mawazine News, "Iraqi oil in exchange for Iranian gas... The agreement will include the payment of Iranian debts owed by Iraq as well."
He continued: "In short, this is the prime minister's plan to avoid power outages and restore the situation to what it was before the crisis." Ended 29 / H
