     He added that "the previous administrations of the governorate planned to distribute residential lands and investment opportunities in this area, but the current cabinet directed to establish new integrated cities to solve the housing crisis experienced by most of the governorates," revealing that "the procedures for transferring ownership from the Ministries of Finance and Agriculture, then declaring municipal boundaries The new city so that government departments can end their belongings in the area.
     And on the reasons for the delay in these procedures, he explained that "the State Real Estate Department does not have sufficient legal and administrative powers, which requires referring to the General Directorate and the Ministry for every action step, and therefore there is a delay," noting that "there is follow-up from the Prime Minister and the Minister of Construction and Housing to complete all procedures as quickly as possible."
