    Shafaq News/ Today, Monday, a local source in Dhi Qar, southern Iraq, reported that a large fire broke out in Al-Shuyoukh market, south of the governorate.



    The source told Shafaq News Agency, "A big fire struck commercial stores, and almost devoured Al-Rafidain Bank in Souq Al-Shuyukh district, south of Dhi Qar Governorate," pointing out that "civil defense teams in the regions of 5 districts and districts, in addition to the governorate center, contributed to extinguishing the fire, which lasted until six o'clock. morning, which erupted at 1:00 am.”
    And the source indicated, "The material losses amounted to tens of millions, while the cause of its outbreak is not yet known."
    In a separate incident, "the security services in Al-Bathaa district were able to arrest a vehicle driver who fled after running over two young men, one of whom ended his life immediately, and the second was seriously injured, as he was taken to the hospital while he was unconscious."
