The Federal Integrity Commission announced the arrest of (3) officials in the agriculture of Salah al-Din Governorate. On charges of committing several violations in concluding contracts.
The Commission’s Investigation Department stated, according to a statement received by Mawazine News, that “the Commission’s investigation office in Salah al-Din has formed a work team to scrutinize and investigate information received by the office that includes the conclusion of new agricultural contracts on agricultural lands within the province by the Agriculture Division in Baiji in the province.” 13 pilgrims) for which agricultural contracts had previously been concluded, and without being announced in the public auction.”
She added, “The team, after confirming the accuracy of the information and obtaining the judicial order, moved to the Agriculture Divisions in Baiji and Al-Hajjaj, and was able to arrest the director of the Baiji Agriculture Division, the official of its land unit, and the director of the Hajjaj Agriculture Division, in addition to controlling the origin of the agricultural contracts. This is against the backdrop of the violations committed therein.”
She pointed out, “A formal report was prepared on the operation, which was implemented in accordance with the provisions of Article (331) of the Penal Code, and it was presented, along with the accused and the seized items, to the judge of the Salah al-Din Investigation Court, which is competent to look into integrity cases, to complete the legal procedures and decide the fate of the accused.” Ended 29/h
